Trackstar Athletics believes in the close bond between the coach and athlete.

We create opportunities for our athletes to execute then reflect through open communication before, during and after training and races. They receive personal training from our running coaches in their chosen field events.

Trackstar athletes are thus 'thinking' athletes who uphold the Olympic values. On the track or on the field, during training or at races, we strive to be champions.

There are bigger games, personal barriers and the whole international scene to go after. We perfect our craft through competition based, structured training programmes. We enhance that with injury prevention, tactics and mental training. We are elite runners.

You are starting out, discovering the wonders of athletics. You begin to develop speed, coordination, agility and flexibility before your muscular and skeletal structure takes form. This greatly influences and impacts the muscle twitch types. We educate on the basic knowledge of all track and field events.

You want to learn this event progressively or go for specific training. Introducing obstacle/barrier running, with water jumping. We develop irregular running rhythm, hurdling skills, specific strength and endurance training. We run group intervals with barrier/water jump. We go together.

You are aiming for a marathon -  10, 21, 30 or 42.195 kilometres. A game of grit and endurance. We train at your goal pace progressively and develop a fixed rhythm, with most intervals on the road. We will not just finish the race.
